COVID-19 Information
We are able to commence training from Tuesday 30th March, but under strict guidance and regulations from England Hockey. There are a number of rules that players must follow:
- If you show any symptoms of Covid-19, you must contact NHS Track & Trace and also let the club Covid Officer (Andy Howitt) know immediately by contacting shrewshockeyclub@gmail.com
- All players must read England Hockey Guidance for participants before undertaking any hockey activity
- All players must be registered on the Shrewsbury Hockey Club website - please ensure your details are up to date
- All players must sign up to the England Hockey Participation Agreement - you will not be able to participate in any hockey without doing so
- A booking system will be in place for training. Links will be sent out each prior to each training session. You will not be allowed to train if you have not booked prior to the session
- A register will be taken prior to training sessions and sessions will be limited to 30 participants per training group - this will be allocated on a first-come-first-service basis
- Only coaches will be able to handle any training equipment
- Please scan the QR code to register your attendance at the Sports Centre
- Toilets will be available and accessed via the door by the pitch. You must socially distance and wear a mask at all times inside the centre

- Please note that anyone not following the England Hockey or Shrewsbury Hockey Club specific guidance may be subject to disciplinary procedures
